Police identify motorcyclist killed in Saturday crash on Cooper Street
BLACKMAN TOWNSHIP, MI – Police have identified a 58-year-old motorcyclist who died in a crash Saturday night. Gregory Schaerer was northbound on Cooper Street on a 2005 Harley Davidson at 11:20 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, when he crashed into the passenger side of a 2005 Ford Mustang eastbound on West Parnall Road, Blackman-Leoni Township Director of Public Safety Michael Jester said in an email.

Man in critical condition after Thetford Township motorcycle crash during police chase
FLINT, MI — One person is in critical condition after crashing his motorcycle while allegedly trying to flee police.
Authorities say Michigan State Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the suspect around 2:20 a.m. Friday, June 6, near Saginaw St. and Pierson Road.

Update: Police say motorcyclist, 19, suffered ‘severe’ injuries after sliding into semi on US-10
MONITOR TOWNSHIP, MI — A 19-year-old male was taken to the hospital to be treated for serious injuries after the motorcycle he was driving slid into a semi-trailer truck on US-10. Traveling northbound on I-75 at about 3:15 p.m. on Friday, June 6, the motorcyclist took the ramp onto westbound US-10 where he slid into the first of two trailers attached to a Wirt Stone Dock semi-trailer truck also traveling west on US-10, according to Bay County Undersheriff Troy Cunningham.

Commercial truck, SUV crash takes down power lines, blocks traffic at Michigan and Williams

Passenger in critical condition following rollover crash on Saginaw’s East Side

SAGINAW, MI — Police were called to three separate locations in and around Saginaw after vehicles crashed into buildings during three separate incidents within a 24-hour period. The three vehicle vs. building accidents happened Tuesday, June 24, police said. All three incidents are still under investigation.
