Food Safety: A “Do Not Eat” List
A food safety attorney proposes a short list of foods to avoid, including hamburgers which are made from meat scraps from thousands of cows mixed at processing plants, “so there’s no telling what you are getting.” Most people do not thoroughly cook hamburgers allowing bacteria to survive.
